JJK is serialized in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump, an anthology manga publication by Shueisha, with new chapters generally release on Sundays, and we’ve compiled a list of the release dates for various chapters in the table below.

Please note that this schedule may change, and we’ll update this article accordingly if it does. Something to keep in mind is that April 29 through May 5 is Golden Week in Japan, and it’s unlikely a new chapter will release that week. As such, we’ve left it off the schedule above.
Additionally, while no official end date has been announced at the time of writing, Akutami has implied the series will come to an end in 2024.
When Does the Next Volume of JJK Release?
Collected volumes of the manga are published in North America and translated into English by VIZ Media. Currently, there are 22 volumes in English, with the most recent collection having released on April 16, 2024. Volume 23 of Jujutsu Kaisen is currently slated for August 20, 2024.
How Far Ahead Is the Manga from the Jujutsu Kaisen (JJK) Anime Series?
The 23-episode second season of JJK premiered in July 2023, with the final episode hitting on Dec. 28. In terms of arcs, the second season of the anime adapted both the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” and “Shibuya Incident” arcs. The former is a prequel to 2022’s prequel anime film Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Season 3 of JJK will adapt the “Culling Game” arc. A presumed Season 4 of Jujutsu Kaisen would adapt the manga through where the serialized chapters currently are at the time of this article’s most recent update, which is the mid-240s.
