Want some free games? Then head right over to the Epic Games Store because the digital distribution platform is giving away free games to keep if you can claim them in time.

All Free Games on the Epic Games Store

Every week, the Epic Games Store gives away at least one free game. And we’re not talking about titles that didn’t sell or are infamously bad. The store has given away everything from little indie games to AAA titles, and all you need to claim them is a free Epic Games Store account.

You don’t even have to download the launcher until you want to play them — you can claim them through their respective web pages. Here’s the Epic Games Store’s current free game.

Brotato – November 28 to December 5

Developer / Publisher: Blobfish

Brotato is Vampire Survivors meets… well, a potato. It looks as ridiculous as you’d expect, with your spuddy protagonist murdering wave after wave of enemies. Jason Coles thought highly enough of it to rank it as one of the best games like Vampire Survivors, so if you’re into roguelite shooter mayhem, this is one to grab.

Bus Simulator 21 Next Stop – December 5 to December 12

Developer: stillalive studios

Publisher: astragon Entertainment

The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, and Bus Simulator 21 Next Stop is your shot at being the driver. Roam around two fictional cities, sticking to your route and picking up passengers or just drive into oncoming traffic as everyone screams, it’s up to you. Bus Simulator 21 Next Stop‘s Steam reviews are mostly positive, though some say it’s a little too buggy for their taste.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – December 5 to December 12

Developer: TT Games

Publisher: Warner Bros. Games

In our Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga review, KC Nwosu called it “..a must-play for young and old Star Wars or Lego fans alike” and that still stands. This is the pinaccle of Lego Star Wars games, a silly, blocky romp through all nine movies (yes, The Rise of Skywalker exists, tempting as it is to try and forget it). Getting it free is a no-brainer.

How To Get Free Games from the Epic Games Store

If you want to claim these free games or any of the other free games on offer, it’s a pretty simple process. Here’s how to go about it.

1. First, create an Epic Games Store account if you’ve not already got one. You can do that on the Epic Games Store website or by downloading the Epic Games Store launcher from the site.
2. Now go to the web store or launcher and go down to Free Games.
3. Click on the game you want, and you should see a big blue button that says Get. If it says Buy Now, you’re on the wrong page or too late or too early for the giveaway.
4. Click on Get, go through with the checkout (you won’t be charged), and the game is yours to keep.

You’ll have to install the EGS launcher to play them, but you can happily claim them without the launcher and install the launcher later if you go via the EGS web store.
