My Hero Academia is one of the most popular manga series out right now and this popularity has only increased with its anime success. Naturally, fans want to know when this series is coming to an end, and with speculation suggesting it might be over, hereās what we know.
Is the My Hero Academia Manga Over?
My Hero Academia finished its manga run on Aug. 5, 2024, with the release of Chapter 430. On June 24 the announcement was made that this would be the end date for the massively popular Shonen series after finishing its final arc earlier in 2024 and entering its epilogue.
The epilogue that began in Chapter 424 looks to bring everything to a natural close. While the fighting is over, we’re slowly getting a look into the new lives of both civilians and the heroes we all know and love. Each chapter in the epilogue revealed the conclusion for the story of a different character, all tied together at the end.
Of course, the anime for My Hero Academia still has plenty of juice and while Season 7 is airing right now there will still be more seasons to air after its conclusion. Basically, if youāre an anime-only fan youāve still got years of My Hero content to go.
Now that all 430 chapters of My Hero Academia are available you can binge from start to finish enjoying every moment the Shonen series has to offer. It has truly been one of the best Shonen manga in recent years, so if you know someone who hasn’t yet given it a try, nows the time to put them on.
The entire series will be available to binge read via Viz Media. The final physical volumes will also be available to purchase for those that would rather own it physically in the coming months, so be on the lookout for that.
