The grim truth about videogame development is that most of the terrible decisions are likely the result of some committee or other horrifying non-artistic democracy. Still, I like to imagine that the guy who came up with TitanFall’s “smart pistol” is the same guy who came up with COD 4’s juggernaut perk. I also like to imagine myself kicking him in the balls over and over.
