Tokyo Game Show in Pictures Part 2: Cosplay Highlights

This article is over 11 years old and may contain outdated information

Take a look at some of the best cosplayers of Tokyo Game Show 2013.

While yesterday’s gallery offered you a glimpse into the game show itself, these pictures from Tokyo Game Show’s open-to-all “public days” are all about the cosplay. Japan is known for having a pretty dedicated cosplay scene, and the best of the best came out to play at TGS. Here’s a gallery of our favorite costumes. It is worth noting that TGS has very strict “prop” rules: no props longer than a certain length are allowed, which is why we are seeing some characters without their iconic weapons.

Let’s kick things off this not-so-dynamic duo.
