A bit of discovery about the new Elysa’s Favor quest over in the Sage Tower. Apparently there was some confusion about the quest, but according to Ophelea and her research into the quest, there are two flags at work in it and they seem to force you to complete the quest in a particular order. Turbine is getting pretty complicated with these quests, amazing.
