Asherons Call: Where do people Combat Macro?

Ken Karl is looking for a list of places where people combat macro. No, this doesn’t mean macroing is in violation of the Zone’s Code of Conduct, but it does mean that Turbine and Microsoft are probably going to limit where you will be able to do this. (Can I get a w00t!?! heh)
