EA has announced that the PS3 version of NBA Live 07 has been cancelled. Oblivion has officially slipped to next year and Sonic the Hedgehog has also been delayed.
Claiming they would rather focus on the upcoming NBA Street: Homecourt, Electronic Arts has cencelled NBA Live 07 for the PS3. The game garnered poor reviews due to bugs and bland gameplay, which may have impacted Ea’s decision to let it go. NBA Live 08 is still in production for the console next year.
Bethesda has announced that Oblivion for the PS3 has been pushed back to a Q1 2007 release date. The PS3 version will include all of the official mods currently available for the PC and Xbox 360 versions, including the upcoming Kinghts of the Nine content pack.
Finally, Sonic The Hedgehog for the PS3 has been delayed until later in the holiday season. F.E.A.R is also listed on EBGames with a February release date, but that has not been confirmed by the publisher.
