Climate Control – The Game

This article is over 17 years old and may contain outdated information

Independent studio Red Redemption intends to school British youth on environmental sustainability. Their game, Operation Climate Control will be unveiled at a launch part at the House of Commons of July 3rd. It is the second climate related game from Red Redemption. The first, Climate Challenge, was released in conjunction with the BBC earlier this year.

Operation Climate Control is geared toward students aged 14 to 16. This multiplayer game requires players to make the same environmental decisions that governments and individuals face daily.

If the thought of videogames as a culturally accepted educational tool inspires you, be sure to visit the Red Redemption web site and learn more about this exciting indie studio.
