This week Xbox Live Arcade will see the introduction of a shooter called Rez HD, as well as Chessmaster Live.
Microsoft describes the shooter as “a frenetic, wire-frame adventure set to industrial beats and rhythms that match the action.”
The game has players embedded into a computer network where they have to hack the controls and create new rhythms and visuals. It is developd by Q Entertainment, which also produced Lumines Live!.
Chessmaster Live will be made available as well, with options for both single- and multiplayer. One notable feature is the ability to take on another player and save session and resume at a later time. The graphics are inspired by House of Staunton, a luxury chess set designer.
Both titles are rated E for Everyone and will cost 800 Microsoft Points.
