In yet another change to its PS3 lineup, Sony has decided to introduce a new color for its latest sales package, but the changes are more than skin-deep.
Sony Computer Entertainment of Japan announced yesterday that a satin silver model has arrived in the market place, complementing the traditional ceramic white option.
However, the silver unit will not ship with the DualShock 3 controller. Instead, Sony has simply put a new paint job on the old SixAxis, which does not feature rumble support.
A silver DualShock can, of course, be had separately for a price – $50.
