Clueless Gamer Conan O’Brien Reviews Just Dance 4

This article is over 12 years old and may contain outdated information

The clueless gamer wishes Just Dance 4 would “allow for creativity.”

Conan O’Brien started his “Clueless Gamer” segments by poorly reviewing games that were already available, but this time, he’s playing a game that’s not even out yet. Though he reminds viewers “I know absolutely nothing about video games… I don’t particularly enjoy them,” Just Dance 4 seems like a good choice for a non-gamer to attempt to play, since it’s less about understanding a game’s controls and more about moving your body.

This time, he’s joined by Olympic gold medalist and USA soccer player Alex Morgan, who says she’s a fan of the first three Just Dance games. They quickly start busting moves to “Call Me Maybe” (of course), and Conan finds it hard to keep up. His recommendation for Just Dance 5? “Allow for creativity,” letting him make up his own dance moves instead of following the game’s.

It’s nice to see “Clueless Gamer” highlighting a game that makes it easy for non-gamers to literally jump right in and play, but I’m hoping the next segment shows off a game with a more traditional control scheme. With the busy holiday gaming season about to get underway, he’ll have no shortage of titles to choose from.
