Disjunction Is a Stealth-Action Game That Doesn’t Go Far Enough – Review in 3 Minutes

Recommended Videos

Disjunction is an action stealth game by Ape Tribe Games. You play as Joe, Spider, and Frank, each of whom become wrapped up in a plot involving drugs, gang wars, and massive corporations in 2048 New York. The story conveys stakes for the characters and sets up a familiar-yet-intriguing, near-future cyberpunkish world, but it never becomes truly captivating.

The game offers a solid foundation. However, it barely expands beyond that foundation, leading to the same gameplay style and encounters stretched across its 12-hour campaign. It’s basic to the point of sometimes slipping into boring. But if those basics are what you crave, this cyberpunk title is worth looking into.

Disjunction is available now for $15.99 on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
