eGames Inc. Announces CEO will Swim for Charity

eGames, Inc. announced today that company President and CEO, Jerry Klein, will participate in the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim on Sunday, June 10, 2007, for charity. Five percent of all sales of the company’s recently released Burger Island will also be contributed to the March of Dimes.

“We are proud to contribute to the March of Dimes cause through Burger Island,” said eGames Product Manager Greg Zesinger.

“Every year, I dedicate my GCBS effort to a special cause in addition to the March of Dimes. Every time I compete, I see special athletes or special spectators that are less fortunate than me because of some injury or disease. The special athletes are particularly inspirational because I know how difficult it is for me to train for an endurance event, and I don’t have any special needs. Compounding the difficulty of training and competing because of some special need requires an extraordinary commitment,” said Klein.
