Kojima Productions, the studio headed by world-renowned game developer Hideo Kojima, has confirmed that it is working on a new project. The studio’s official English-language Twitter account made the announcement and also mentioned that it is looking to hire talent to work in Tokyo.

According to the official Kojima Productions website, several different roles are open, including various types of programmers, artists, and game designers. Writers and project manager positions are listed too. There is also an “other” category that lists a producer role as well as one that involves localization.

Each listing states that applicants must be fluent in Japanese and have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test at level N2 or an equivalent.

No details have been shared about what kind of new project Kojima Productions is working on, whether it’s a sequel to 2019’s Death Stranding or a new IP entirely.

Norman Reedus, who played Death Stranding‘s main protagonist, said earlier this year that he was in talks to work more with Hideo Kojima. However, it’s currently unknown if Reedus is involved with this new project.

Death Stranding released on Nov. 8, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and launched on PC via Steam and Epic Game Store on July 14 this year.
