Rising Force Online Goes Free

Codemasters Online announced today the RF Online is free to play.

Rising Force Online is a blend of fantasy and sci-fi elements. Players join one of three factions locked in a struggle for power and resources in the distant Novus galaxy. A free expansion, Episode II: Pioneers of Novus, is also available to all players.

Ed Relf, Director of Marketing at Codemasters Online said, “Moving RF Online to free-to-play game marks yet another milestone for Codemasters Online and the wider industry. We have proven with ArchLord, [which] has been downloaded over 1 million times, the potential success that can be experienced, and we are pleased to be in a position to re-launch RF Online using a similar model.”
