Spiritfarer follows the story of a young girl named Stella and her cat, Daffodil, as they guide the deceased to the afterlife. The player can participate in everyday activities such as farming, mining, fishing, harvesting, and cooking. The game also supports two-player co-op play by controlling both Stella and Daffodil. This title was previously featured in this year’s “Wholesome Direct.”

In a press statement, Creative Director Nicolas GuĆ©rin explained the progress on the development of the game: ā€œThe game has only grown grander and more varied over the past few months, and itā€™s great to finally be giving a spotlight to some of the awesome new levels and characters the team has been creating.”

Spiritfarer is set to launch later this year on Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Google Stadia.
