I’ve made a few “dark” heroes in Champions Online (although nothing quite as bad as Mad Murderskull here) and it is funny when NPCs greet you warmly and beg for your help, even as you stand in front of them and burn / fester / decompose / give off the malignant aura of the undervoid.
