Tales of Arise Trailer Finally Provides a New Look at the Anticipated RPG

After a long wait without many updates, Bandai Namco has unveiled a new trailer for Tales of Arise. Today’s “Tales of Festival” trailer helps set up some of the game’s events. The 70-second video is mostly a tease for bigger things to come, as the trailer promises that more news is set to arrive in spring.

Bandai Namco explicitly states the following: “Spring is just around the corner, and we’ve been working hard to make it unforgettable!” See the latest Tales of Arise trailer below.

After being announced in June 2019, we got another Tales of Arise update during Tokyo Games Show 2019. Since then, however, Bandai Namco hasn’t shown much of the game itself. Tales of Arise was originally set to launch in 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, but it was delayed indefinitely last year due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the time, the team said that its goal is to “provide a familiar but innovative gameplay experience to fans of the series, while pushing the technical envelope to deliver a high level of graphical quality to impress both long-time players and those who have never played a Tales Of game.” It’s unclear what exactly the spring update will cover, but today’s Tails of Arise trailer comes as a good sign that a meatier update is on the way.
