The Book of Boba Fett Trailer Returns to Tatooine’s Hives of Scum & Villainy

The official trailer for The Book of Boba Fett is here with a taste of how the infamous Star Wars bounty hunter plans to take over Tatooine’s criminal underworld. Boba Fett, played by returning actor Temuera Morrison, is joined by Ming-Na Wen’s Fennec Shand as the two pair up to make criminal business deals in the wake of Jabba the Hutt’s death. It also picks up just after the events of The Mandalorian season 2, which reintroduced Boba Fett as a major player for the franchise going forward. The best part about today’s video is that very little about the Disney+ show’s plot is given away, so feel free to watch The Book of Boba Fett official trailer below.

The Book of Boba Fett continues Disney’s series of live-action Star Wars shows, but it will be far from the last. In fact, updates for the slate of Disney+ shows arrive almost every few weeks, with the latest being the confirmation that Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader actor Hayden Christensen will return as the character in the upcoming Rosario Dawson-starring Ahsoka series. Christensen is also set to reprise his role in Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi show, which should premiere sometime in 2022. You won’t have to wait as long for The Book of Boba Fett, however, as it will start its Disney+ run on December 29, 2021.
