Watch Dogs: Legion Will Get a Free Trial This Weekend
Watch Dogs: Legion will get a limited-time trial this weekend and will run from March 25 – 29. This free trial will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and PC and will allow you to carry over your progress to the full version. The trial will feature every playable character, half of the game’s boroughs, and all open-world activities, so there will be plenty to do. You can pre-install the trial starting on March 24.

VR Company Mark-on Will Give Its Employees the Day Off When Monster Hunter Rise Releases
On March 26, Monster Hunter Rise will launch for Nintendo Switch, and VR company Mark-on will give its employees the day off to play the game. This comes by way of a tweet from the company’s CEO Masaki Hiyama (as relayed by Huffington Post Japan via VGC), who said “since it is expected that we will not be able to concentrate on our work, I will be making that day a āMonHun vacation.āā Apparently, many employees had asked for that day off, so Hiyama decided to make it a company-wide vacation day.

A Hat in Time DLC Is Coming to Consoles This Month
The DLC for A Hat in Time will be coming to consoles on March 31, as revealed by the game’s official Twitter account recently. Both the Seal the Deal and Nyakuza Metro add-ons will come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One starting at 2 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. PT. The game will also run better on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, featuring a 60 FPS enhancement alongside the launch of the DLC on consoles. Each DLC will be available for $4.99 a piece when they launch next week.

PlayStation 5 Will Finally Launch in Egypt but Will Cost Over $1000
Sony’s PlayStation 5 will finally be available in Egypt, but it will cost a pretty penny, as announced via the PlayStation Arabia Twitter page. The system will set you back 15,999 Egyptian Pounds, which equates to $1015 — double the price of what it costs in the United States. The tweet from PlayStation Arabia also features the system’s accessories such as the HD camera, charge station, and Pulse Headset. The system and its accessories will be available to preorder starting on March 25 in this territory.

Niantic Is Developing a New Pikmin Mobile Game
Niantic, the team that brought us PokĆ©mon GO, is working on a new mobile AR Pikmin game, set to launch later in 2021. The below tweet features a link that takes you to a page where you can sign up for updates about the game. It’s unclear what the game will be like exactly, but Nintendo mentions it’ll be “a fun walking experience surrounded by Pikmin.” Additionally, the agreement arrived at by Nintendo and Niantic will see the latter making more games based on classic Nintendo properties in order to encourage people to get outside and walk.
